RedeInnov’s training in partnership with TENNECO.
The two initiatives (Braga and Santarém) gathered around 100 people, from vendors, clerks and heads of centers, and the goal in a medium/long-term is to extend to the garages so that they convey the same knowledge thereby improving their service daily.
According to Paulo Silva (PD Auto‘s managing partner), these initiatives are quite important to be informed and updated about the products they sell. To José Monteiro (M.M Peças‘s managing partner) the strong point of that training was clearly the “recycling” of knowledge which becomes vital to better serve its customers (garages).
At the end of training, the feedback gathered was very positive and therefore RedeInnov will repeat these initiatives in the future.
